DMCA Policy

This policy explains how copyright owners and their authorized representatives can report material on dramawave.app that they believe infringes their rights. It applies to material hosted on or made available through this website, including download links and other published content.

Send a written notice to [email protected]. To help us identify and review the complaint, include the following information:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers several works.
  2. The exact URLs or other sufficient location information for the material you want reviewed. Identify each affected page, file or download link clearly.
  3. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices should contain the information required by the applicable DMCA notification provisions, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Please send enough detail to distinguish a particular copyright complaint from a general objection to an app or its features.

Review and Response

We review notices for the information needed to identify the work and the reported material. Where appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the material, notify the party associated with it and explain the counter-notification process.

We aim to review complete notices within one to two business days. An incomplete notice may require clarification before action can be taken. The response depends on the information supplied and the applicable process; submitting a notice does not by itself establish that infringement has occurred.

Counter-Notifications

If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to [email protected]. Include:

  • Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  • The consent to the applicable U.S. federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service of process required for a DMCA counter-notification.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within the applicable 10–14-business-day process unless the complainant initiates the legal action needed to prevent restoration. We may contact the parties for information relevant to handling the notice.

Accuracy of Notices

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notification can have legal consequences, including potential liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Provide accurate information and submit a notice only where you have the authority and good-faith basis to do so.

Policy Updates and Contact

We may update this policy as the website or complaint-handling process changes. Review this page for the procedure currently published here.
